Единственная удачная попытка сконструировать первый адсорбционный генератор азота была предпринята за 10 лет до этого на Советском предприятии «Криогенмаш», но установка была экспериментальной и в серийное изготовление вышла гораздо позже.

Азотная станция – это современное решение по обеспечению азотом вашего производства. Первой ступенью азотной станции является винтовой воздушный компрессор. Из него сжатый воздух поступает в рефрижераторный осушитель для эффективной очистки от влаги.

Для дополнительной очистки воздуха после осушителя он пропускается через магистральные фильтры и накапливается в воздушном ресивере. Ресивер позволяет оптимизировать работу воздушного компрессора и генератора азота. Компрессор производит своевременную разгрузку, а генератор забирает необходимый для работы объем воздуха.

Перед поступлением в генератор азота сжатый воздух из ресивера проходит финальную очистку. Давление воздуха, подаваемого в генератор, может составлять от шести до двенадцати атмосфер и зависит от того, какое давление азота нам необходимо получить для потребления.

После того, как в генераторе воздух разделился на азот и кислород, азот поступает в азотный ресивер, а кислород сбрасывается в атмосферу. Всем процессом управляет интеллектуальная система контроля.

В случае падения необходимой чистоты азота линия автоматически останавливается до устранения проблемы. Это прекрасно защищает технологические линии от нежелательных примесей. Также линия останавливает свою работу, если технологической линии, к которой она подключена на данный момент, не требуется потребление газа.

Установки по генерации азота малой и средней мощности можно без труда разместить в небольшом помещении. Они не требуют постоянного присутствия персонала, а управление может быть выведено на удаленный компьютер. Технологический осмотр оборудования станции производится не чаще двух раз в сутки.

Установки большой производительности монтируются в едином корпусе с габаритами морского контейнера. Это позволяет без труда производить транспортировку практически любым видом транспорта. Изготовление установки производительностью 5000 м3 займет не более 16 недель, а ее доставка в любую точку — не более недели. Монтаж установки происходит в течении двух-трех дней.

Установки большой производительности имеют возможность автоматической регулировки производительности, что позволяет существенно экономить на электроэнергии. В настоящее время такие установки в мире изготавливает только одна компания – «Oxymat».

Вне зависимости от производительности, все азотные установки оснащаются большим количеством датчиков, позволяющих оперативно контролировать производительность и расход азота, а также множество других параметров.
